How to set up RSS

For websites that support RSS feeds, you can check for updated articles using the "RSS News Flash Viewer".
To add an update check, use one of the following methods:

Method 1: Specify the RSS URL

  2. Copy the RSS link to your clipboard.
*If you are not sure where the link is, please try Method 3.

  3. Right-click on the "RSS News Flash Viewer" icon that resides in the system tray (bottom right corner of Windows) and select "Settings" from the pop-up menu.

  4. The settings dialog will appear, so click the [Add] button.

  5. Paste the URL copied to the clipboard into the [RSS URL] field and click the [OK] button.
*If authentication is required to connect to the website, enable the [Use authentication] check box and specify the user name and password.

  6. The feed you added will appear at the end of the RSS list.
*This will take some time as we will need to actually check your connection to the web.

  7. Click the [OK] button to close the settings dialog.
